Dear Danielle,
I have been appointmented to be one of your staff since year 2004 in the position of the Application Consultant - PMS System. Almost 3 years, there were many properties that I was assigned to be the PMS trainer. All of the users knew by themselve that I am a transgender and also there were many ones as me in the properties. I do believe that they accepted my responsibility, my ability, my grooming and my performance. I have never been complained about my gesture and my transgender from the users or the Property Manager and also the General Manager. Because all of them are able to see by their hearts never use their eyes to see.
At the present, I have been sex reassignment surgery for 3 months and I was commanded that I have to move on to another position that not concern to the customer by face because of my sex change. The position that I do not want to be. I am not able to use both of male and female restroom in the office. I have to use the public restroom where was located on the 3rd floor that so funny our office's on the 14th floor. I am one of your staff and also I am a human being. They treat me who is one of the staff like I am not a human being. Aids person get the opportunity from the society to work or settle i this society, what's about me???????.
ALL COLLEAGUES WILL OBJECT TO ME, IF I USE THE OFFICE RESTROOM SAID BY THE PERSON WHO THINK THAT HE IS A REAL GENTELMAN, TALK FOR ANOTHER COLLEAGUES WHO HAD KNOWN NOTHING YET ABOUT MY SEX CHANGE. I KNOW THAT THERE ARE TWO SEXS ( MALE AND FEMALE ) IN THIS WORLD BUT I WANT TO LET EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THERE ARE ANOTHER TRANSGENDER WHO WALKS AROUND ALL OF YOU. WE ARE ONE WHO LIVES IN THIS WORLD ALSO. IN THIS WORLD OR THIS SOCIETY, THERE ARE NO ROOM FOR US?????????. OR ONLY ROOM FOR THE NATURAL SEX.
Some of a man is not satisfy in his shape, he has to go to fitness to try to increase his muscle to make a good or perfect personal appearance. Some of a lady doest not satisfy in her breast size. She can do every thing on her shape. What's about me?????. I want to make myself to be as I want to be. Just only male and female are able to make their dream come true. I am the transgender who want to make my dream come true as your dream. Do I have not any human rights as the male or female human rights. WHO IS ABLE TO LIMIT THE HUMAN RIGHTS.
Please do me a favour to clearify the rule and policy of the company I will appreciate you for rushing reply.
